We've been packing up the house here -preparing for our return to the USA. A sad affair. Lately, on my evening walks with the girls, we've been frequenting a little field we've found where there is an unusual number of old sheep bones. I brought home a skull the other day and added a new sketch to my anatomy notebook:
I also took the opportunity to finish a painting of Gabriella's flowers, which stand at one end of one of a beautifully rustic cascade of arches. Such a beautiful little place.
And for good measure, here is a picture of a dude with a sword. I posed for this one (with a stick), and I didn't quite look so heroic:
